영광

Hello!

This week we did a lot of street proselyting so we met some interesting people. Every night we some how found a bunch of old drunk guys. there was one last night that we asked if we could help him get home and so when we got him to the front door of his house he said "SANK YOU!" and gave me a hug and a big wet kiss on my cheek. So funny. We also did basketball proselyting on Saturday at this college near our house. Turned out super well. We got all of the guys numbers and got talk about religion and church with them. At first they were kind of distant but as we played they opened up a little more. I think the turning point was when I dunked it. After that I got super tight with all of them and they were super open to talk about anything. So next week on Saturday we are going to play with them again and then go eat with one of them named Kim Myoungjae.

So tomorrow I have to go stay the night at the mission home because my companion has to go do military training for the military reserve. There are a like 4 Korean missionaries that have to do this. About every 6 months. So when they do these training things they completely gear up and do a scenario. When I went on exchanges this week we were just walking on the street looking for people to teach and there was absolutely no one on the street. It was so weird it felt like the city was abandoned. We suddenly heard like air raid sirens go off and suddenly see a huge tank rolling down the street and these cops started yelling at us and said "what are you doing didn't you hear the military is doing training and you need to stay in you're house until 5 O clock?" haha it was crazy!
